Reviewing the website & all of the information provided is strongly advised.
The buyer is fully responsible for reading and understanding the terms,
conditions & processes before placing an order.
Due to the nature of the Custom Crowns that we sell, there are absolutely
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES & NO CANCELLATIONS!
Be sure that you have included the right measurements, length, color & wig type/texture
because we cannot accept accountability for mistakes made that are not our own.
All concerns or complaints can be directed within 5 business days to our Customer Care department at
crownsolutions@yahoo.com, & placing the words "Customer Care concern" in the subject box.
If this title isn't placed in the subject box it will take longer to receive a response.
Please tell us your name, email you used to place your order,
phone number & order number along with a brief description of your concern.
Include clear pictures showing that the wig is in its ​original form
& has not been altered if you wish to exchange or receive credit.
This must be done BEFORE attempting to return the item. We will advise you by email on return details and instructions.
However unlikely, if you do receive a unit or product that is damaged or has faulty construction
you ARE able to EXCHANGE the item or be issued a credit towards future purchases.
REFUNDS ARE NOT AN OPTION.
Exchanges will only be made for the same exact item that was ordered.
There can be no change in color, length, make or type.
All returns will be inspected by our construction team & yielded an exchange or credit
upon concluding that the wig has not been altered.
You MAY NOT exchange units that have been worn, knots have been bleached, hair has been colored,
unit has been shampooed, unit has been trimmed, lace has been cut,
original curl pattern had been altered due to styling, etc...
Any damage of these types, or returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted
& will result in the unit being immediately returned to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
EXCHANGES may NOT be made on the basis of...
-You changing your mind
-You choosing a wig/style that is not flattering to your face or lifestyle.
-You don't like the color
-You chose the wrong size
-You didn't measure correctly for your custom unit.
We do not take responsibility for personal decisions.
All risks pass to the consumer once we have dispatched the order from our premises through shipping.
