We are a Private, Intimate BYOB Multi-Purpose Event Space in Evergreen. 

Our cozy, venue is perfect for your next event!

The quaint storefront space features an open canvas area, as well as a shared salon space, capable of delivering various aesthetic options  for you to create the perfect atmosphere for your event/activity.

We offer 1000 sq ft for each space, 2 restrooms and a kitchenette (for minor food prep),

dimmable chandelier lighting, Speaker Sound System (Auxillary cord), 

and additional party coordination services.

Roomy enough for up to 50 people, but cozy enough for smaller groups or events.  

The List Party Room was designed to be fully customizable; providing the opportunity to motivate event designers to create captivating experiences.

Our event space & salon is the ideal option for Workshops, fundraisers, Launch parties, Anniversaries, Corporate events, retreats, servicing clients, weddings, meetings, classes, photo shoots, pop-up shops, meet & greets, Workshops, Dinners, workout/fitness classes, art shows, audio recordings, Birthday, Holiday, Cocktail, networking parties, Launch Parties , Baby/Wedding Showers, Workshops, Performances, podcast, film shoots, Meetings, small Reunions…etc. 

Party Room Rental

Hourly Venue Rates

-7days a week (8a-11p)

-$85 per hour

-Payment must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once rental details have been discussed & confirmed, you will receive an invoice to be paid through a payment link text to your phone or Zelle.

Daily Salon Rates

-Booth (Half-day rate $50 6hrs/Full-day rate $75 6hrs+)

-Whole Salon ($100 per hour)

Arrival Instructions

We are located at 2827 W. 87th st. (Mozart & 87th st. That’s 1 block west of California.)

The manager will meet you at the venue for access & assistance with inquiries.

The manager will give exiting instructions & their contact info so they can close/lock up the venue.

Rules & Policies

*Violating any one of these rules will result in forfeit of your incidental fee!

- SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME! Please make sure your booking includes enough time to do so.

-ANYTIME THE SPACE IS OCCUPIED PAST THE BOOKING WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE.

- AFTER HOURS ARE TIME AND A HALF. Please inquire

- NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND inside the building! $200 FINE for smoking!!

Guests can smoke OUTSIDE in the front of the building.

- No hanging up decorations on the wall with wall hooks, sticky tack or anything that will damage out walls, etc.

- Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc, will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace

- Space must be left in the same condition as it was before

- No glitter, No confetti

- NO DJ’S! We no longer allow DJs due to our noise ordinance for our residential upstairs tenants. (You can have a radio with good speakers though. We have a speaker aux system available & use is included with your rental if needed for your event.

- Must be 21+ to drink alcohol

- No illegal activities

- Outside catering IS allowed

- Everything that was brought in must go. We WILL NOT store, hold or keep for you ANY items…nor will we keep up with what happened to the left items. Left items will be discarded immediately.

-No Smoking inside of the space. Smoking must be done outside.

-Music must be turned down to a low level(where it is only able to be heard inside of the space).

-Do not attempt to enter any locked off spaces of the venue.

-All Garbage must be TOTALLY bagged correctly with no leakage, or spillage from the top or bottom of bag. Make sure all garbage is i INSIDE of the dumpster, or stacked neatly next to the dumpster. Anything that cannot fit into a 33 gallon trash bag must be hauled away by the guest. Do not leave it by the dumpster in the back. Any garbage left outside of these instructions will result in a $100 fine.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

OVERTIME

Please note that an overtime fee can be charged for any time used before the booking start time or after the booking end time at 1.5x the booking rate.

Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments, rounding up to the nearest increment

Virtual Consultations


Virtual consultations require a $25 booking fee for 20 minutes. Email us a request & a consultation payment link will be sent to you by text or email.

Once your fee is paid, you will be emailed/Texted a payment link/instructions, details of your consultation, or any other relevant information.

Your fee is CREDITED TOWARDS ANY SERVICES BOOKED WITHIN 3 DAYS!
