BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT

Initial contact must be made through text first, after which a phone/virtual consultation can be requested.
With the overflow of daily calls & attending to my clients I apologize in advance for my delay in response.
I ask for your patience as I will contact you back at my very earliest convenience.
Once availability has been confirmed, through text or email you will be provided with a list of methods for payment.
For Payment by Zelle an email,​ (not phone number) for payment will be texted to you. Text the payment confirmation back, once paid.
For Payment by Invoice- An invoice will be texted to you.
No Cash Payments

Accepted forms of payment for invoices carry the Visa/Mastercard/American Express logo's.
-After the deposit is paid & confirmed, You will have 1st choice of whatever days/times are available from the time deposit is confirmed. Past discussion of day/time may change if there is a delay in paying the deposit.
-Once payment is received you'll receive confirmation by text containing agreed upon day, time, amount paid, balance due, service details, suggested brands, address, & any other info needed for your appt.
-If you cancel or "no show" your appt, the deposit is
NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-NEGOTIABLE.
It cannot be carried over to another appt NOR can it be transferred from person to person.
It cannot be used as credit for any future transactions or purchases.
You must make another deposit to make another appt.

Helpful Tips
It would be beneficial to you as well as to the stylist to have an inspiration picture ready as a reference when discussing styling options, or when booking or arriving for your appt.
If you have a time commitment of any kind (work, pick-up kids, etc...) let the stylist know when MAKING your appt.
Certain hairstyles take longer than others. (Especially those requiring full heads of weave) Due to the fact that foreseeing set backs is not always possible, finish times are always approximate. Allow ample time for your appt so your stylist can give you the best service possible. Do not assume that you know exactly how long a style will take. The STYLIST is the best person to determine what that will be.
It's best to schedule services needed for a certain event BEFORE the actual date of that event. This reduces the pressure & stress to both the stylist & client.
Work with your stylist when choosing to try a new style or service. Refrain from doing this last minute or for important events.
